Tuskegee, Alabama – °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Êͼ¹ÒÅÆ proudly announces the Embracing the Legacy Gala, a poignant event dedicated to honoring distinguished alumni and friends who exemplify the core values of the institution. Set to take place on March 15, 2024, at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta, this gala not only celebrates individuals who embody the spirit and legacy of Tuskegee but also serves as a pivotal fundraiser for scholarships, underscoring the university's commitment to fostering a bright and inclusive future.

In four distinct categories, °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Êͼ¹ÒÅÆ will present special honors to:

  • Philanthropy Award: Recognizing exceptional generosity and commitment to supporting °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Êͼ¹ÒÅÆ through philanthropy.
  • Lifetime Achievement Award: Honoring sustained excellence and outstanding contributions throughout one's career, leaving a lasting impact on the community and beyond.
  • Leadership Award: Celebrating exemplary leadership qualities, driving positive change and embodying the visionary spirit of Tuskegee's founders.
  • Social Justice Award: Acknowledging significant contributions to the advancement of social justice, equality, and inclusivity, aligning with the university's commitment to positive societal change.

These honorees will be celebrated not only for their professional accomplishments but also for their dedication to Tuskegee's enduring values.
