The Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences is to educate highly competent professionals of all nationalities pursuing career paths or graduate school at either the M.S. or Ph.D. level.

Mission

Our mission is to聽prepare students as professionals within the global economy with adquate knowledge, skills and competencies in food and nutritional sciences through hands-on research and experiential learning opportunities, updated curricula, unique programs and internationally inclusive course content.
