Investing in Integrity

NACE International, 2022 Northern Area Western Conference Shaw Conference Center, Edmonton, Alberta, April 11-14, 2022

Abstracts are invited for the Poster Session of the 2022 Northern Area Western Conference, “Investing in Integrity”. Conference will focus on topics related to highlighting the importance and value of investing in corrosion management regardless of economic conditions. The poster session will run during the entire conference. One formal poster session is scheduled at 3:00 pm on April 13, 2022, Wednesday.

PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED FOR OUTSTANDING STUDENT POSTERS

A competition will be held to determine the five best posters. Cash prizes of $1,000 for the 1st place, $600 for the 2nd place, $400 for the 3rd place, $300 for the 4th place and $200 for the 5th place will be awarded to the winning student authors. Student authors who are working toward B.Sc, MSc and Ph.D. degrees are eligible for awards.

SUBMISSION

POSTER GUIDELINES

  • • Maximum size of the poster is 36” (height) x 48” (width).
  • • The name of the presenting author should be underlined and the name of the corresponding author should be indicated by a star “*”.

POSTER ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

  • • Margins should be 1.5 in wide on each side of a letter paper format.
  • • Title of the abstract must be centred in capitalized bold 14 point letters.
  • List name(s) of author(s) and affiliations (full addresses with tel., fax) (centered, 12 pt).
  • • The name of the presenting author should be underlined and the name of the corresponding author should be indicated by a star “*”.
  • • List email addresses of presenting and corresponding authors.
  • • The text should be single-spaced and justified using Times New Roman 12pt font
