We’re excited to be able to lauch eRezLife, a cloud based service that helps with:
eRezLife eliminatesinefficiencies of paperwork and manual labor associated with managing diversecommunities and processes across campus.
Step 1. Submit the $200 Housing Deposit Fee to the Bursar's office. The application will be opened to you two business days after your payment has been recorded.
Step 2. Login to using your ϲͼ email and password.
Step 3. Click on the Housing profile Questions tab on the left side of the screen to began the application process by reading the lease agreement. Download your signature to the bottom of the page and save.
Step 4. Click on the Housing Application tab to access and complete the housing application. Click the save tab on each page. Make sure to complete all sections including the Parent and Emergency contact information prior to submitting your application. If you are requesting an ADA accommodation you must check the appropriate box on the housing application.
Step 5. Click on the link Terms and agreement, read each section, then click on the submit tab to complete your application. You will receive an email to verify you have successfully submitted the application.

The office of ADA Compliance works with the Housing and Residence Life staff to accommodate the needs of students. Students who need special assignment consideration and/or have a service animal or emotional support animal are strongly encouraged to contact the Director of Housing, William Samuel Sr. to discuss housing options. There are limited spaces in the Marable apartments for Service animals and Emotional Support animals. Required documentation for an accommodation must be submitted prior to the Fall 2023 room assignment date of June 1, 2023. Documentation received after this date will be processed. However, room assignments will be made based upon availability of remaining spaces.
Students must complete an application and try to find roommates using theeRezLife'sRommeeZ.Incoming students are able to select with whom they would like to live witheRezLife'sRoomeeZ.If you are not able to fill your space, the Housing and Residence Life Office will do its best to pair you with compatible roommates based on your housing application.
All Presidential Scholars will need to sign in to complete the application process. You will be assigned the Honors Housing on campus.You can also create a profile on RommeeZ to assist with finding a roommate.
Current, new and transfer students seeking on-campus housing for the upcoming year must submit a Housing ApplicationFee to the Bursar"s office. The Housing application will be opened to you after two business days.The $200 Housing Application Fee is non-refundable.
The Housing Application Fee is a part of the $400 Enrollment fee for new and transfer students.The fee reserves a student’s space in housing selection, in addition to securing funds for any damages (building, floor, and/or room) that are incurred during the current academic year.Your room will be confirmed once the selection process is completed.Roommate information will be communicated via ϲͼ email byJuly.1, 2023.
