What is the purpose of the Booker T. Washington Leadership Instutute (BTWLI)?

In keeping with the educational philosophy of Booker T. Washington to educate 鈥渉ead, hand, and heart,鈥� the primary aim of the BTWLI聽is the professional development of individuals who inspire, motivate, and challenge students and others to grow to their fullest potential by preparing them to assume professional and leadership roles, and to become productive citizens in the global society.聽
