Through strategic planning efforts, administrators, faculty and staff can identify and prioritize the actions the university, its academic and operational units, and individual employees can take to ensure Tuskegee accomplishes its goals and fulfills its mission. The university鈥檚 fiscal plans and resource allocations are aligned with the university鈥檚 strategic plan.
