About T-PAC
In September 2014, the National Science Foundation (NSF)听awarded the Tuskegee Alliance to Forge Pathways to Academic Careers (T-PAC) with a collaborative grant of $2,593,384. The focus of the alliance, which includes 澳门六合彩图挂牌 (the lead for the project), Alabama State University and Auburn University, is to recruit diverse doctoral students and facilitate their studies and prepare them for faculty positions in science, technology, engineering and mathematics or STEM education.听
鈥淣SF鈥檚 investment in the T-PAC project reflects NSF鈥檚 commitment to broadening the participation of underrepresented minorities in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM),鈥� said NSF program director Mark Leddy, who leads the foundation鈥檚 Alliances for Graduate Education and the Professoriate (AGEP) program.
The project will utilize a unique set of interventions that will be developed by T-PAC and investigated for their effectiveness.
